House rules

General

  • Please park your bicycle or car in a way that allows everyone to continue their path without interruption.
  • If seating is limited, please give priority to individuals with disabilities.
  • Do not leave valuable items in the waiting area.
  • Please keep the waiting area tidy and return any reading materials after use.
  • Dutch, English, and French are spoken within the practices. If you do not speak any of these languages, you must arrange for your own interpreter.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking, drugs, and alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
  • Consumption of food is not allowed.
  • In case of emergencies, please follow the instructions of the on-site emergency response officer (BHV’er) or external emergency services.
  • B&B Kidscare BV cannot be held liable for the loss, misplacement, or theft of personal belongings.
  • B&B Kidscare BV cannot be held responsible for accidents that occur while using our equipment.
  • Clients are expected to be aware of the house rules and to observe and respect them.

Pediatric Physiotherapy

  • If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, B&B Kidscare BV will be obliged to charge you for the session, unless you are able to reschedule the appointment for the same day at a different time.
  • For the first appointment, please bring your insurance card and identification.
  • Patients are expected to behave according to generally accepted (courtesy) norms and values.
  • Patients should be clean and hygienic before each treatment.
  • Ensure that you know how many sessions are covered by your health insurance. If the maximum number of sessions is exceeded during treatment, this is your responsibility. The pediatric physiotherapists at B&B Kidscare BV will try to inform you if necessary.
  • Upon arrival at our practice, please take a seat in the waiting room. The therapist will come to collect you for the intake or treatment.
  • Each treatment session lasts 30 minutes, including the processing of administrative details by the pediatric physiotherapist. If you are not present on time, you cannot claim the lost treatment time.
  • We ask for your understanding if you have to wait a few minutes for the therapist due to delays. This time will be made up. We strive to avoid waiting times as much as possible.
